By registering for an account, booking classes, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Note: If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18 years), you accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for their compliance.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

If a teacher needs to cancel a class:
All educational materials provided by Tafheemul Quran Online Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Recording of classes is generally prohibited to protect teacher intellectual property and student privacy.
Exception: Students may request permission to record specific sessions for personal review. Such requests must be approved in writing by both the teacher and academy administration.

While we provide qualified teachers, structured curriculum, and personalized attention, student progress depends on consistent practice, attendance, and individual learning capabilities. We commit to providing the best possible educational environment but cannot guarantee specific results.
In keeping with Islamic principles, we encourage peaceful resolution of disputes through mutual understanding and mediation.
